Damn I was really hoping for a great take on the green lantern mythos but what I got was a terrible Hollywood adaptation on par with some of the worst comicbook movies I've ever seen. I do understand how people can like it the special effects were very good and production values were high however much like we judge comic books the movies need to stand on writing as well as art. Unfortunately they squandered that green lantern had so much potential and failed on so many levels that it just doesn't disappoint it actually pissed me off
